A Certified Lay Minister (CLM) is equipped to conduct public worship, care for the congregation, assist in program leadership, develop new and existing faith communities, preach the Word, lead small groups or establish community outreach ministries as part of a ministry team with the supervision and support of a clergy person.
Laity who are wondering about becoming a CLM are invited to join us on Tuesday, December 3 at 6 pm MT to hear information about application and training for the CLM program that starts in March 2025. You will hear from four persons from three different conferences talk about the “calling” laity are receiving to be CLMs. You will get information on the application process and the requirements for training.
